Remodel Process
Embarking on an enveloped, turn-key remodel with a designer involves a collaborative approach to creating a unique space tailored to your specific needs and preferences. The process involves a thorough assessment of the existing spaces, designing a plan, selecting materials, and overseeing the construction process to ensure the end result is a stunning and functional space that exceeds expectations for years to come.
MEET & GREET
This initial, informal “get to know us” meeting usually takes place in one of our showrooms and consists of a broad discussion of your remodel project, your goals, your budget and how our process works. We’ll learn about your wants, needs, lifestyle, goals, and budgets.
IN-HOME CONSULTATION
Gaining a clear understanding of your project with an in-home consultation is the first step in our detailed process. During the consultation, we’ll take measurements and detailed notes on the design, aesthetic, and layout of your space. This helps us better understand your functional and stylistic preferences and use of the space. We also assess the electrical, mechanical, plumbing and construction as it exists and with measurements, the possible changes.
INITIAL DESIGN
With a clear understanding of your goals, we’ll begin designing your spaces and selecting finishes and materials. Our designers will propose concepts using planning software, drawings, and material samples over 2-3 meetings at our showrooms.
From cabinets to countertops, flooring to fixtures, we will guide you through the vast array of options and help you create a cohesive and functional look that fits your style and budget.
BID & BUILD
The bid meeting involves a review of the design, pricing, and scope. This is when final adjustments can be made. Once accepted, we’ll start procuring materials and schedule your projects.
